Key Purpose of the Job :

A central resource to understand products and service offerings; develop and execute communication for the same and supervise and guide circles with their daily business communication requirements.

Key Accountabilities

1. Circle Communication - Understand the business requirement and guide all 23 circles on daily tariff communication, implement brand guidelines and help circles understand and develop the right creative.
Manage the communication calendar for circles and work on ways to improve brand salience. Develop and assist execution on all large scale events.

2. National Communication - Develop communication for national tariffs & value added services and any other products developed. Ensure that each product or service has a 360 plan and roll out of a detailed execution.

3. Agency and team management

Supervise and work with the agency as communication partners to ensure consistency and speed to market.

Have periodical reviews with the agency on the work done and a competitive analysis to develop benchmarks and way forwards.

4. Financials and Misc - Smooth flow of financials with the agency and sponsorships that is undertaken.

Experience :

3- 5 years in Marketing communications preferably with an FMCG company. Mix of agency corporate experience mandatory.
