1. SALES TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:

- Prepaid Gross with CIF pendency and ZMU as per norms.

- Market share and counter share growth.

- Primary billing

- Volumes Target Achievement of 1st Recharge/RC Revenue/ Processing Fee.

2. SALES PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

- Reduction in SAC in the same proportion to the State – as per targets.

- Ensuring invoicing / recharge stock / FOS norm

- Competition Tracking of all activities for ___ (no.) identified outlets

- Visibility in-shop/Outdo

- Improvement in CIF efficiency.

- Increase ROI of channel partners through effective investment management

3. DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT

- No. of towns to be covered (direct & indirect) – Present status - __ towns. Targeted –__new towns.
