Role purpose
- To be the custodian of processes across the Distribution vertical and lead the national Capability Build Agenda.
- To also manage the national sales R&R programs and other large rollouts / implementations
- To deliver sustainable competitive advantage by building frontline sales capability, standardizing key processes and deploying exciting incentives and recognition programs
Key accountabilities
- Sales Academy / capability agenda .. outline frontline and off roll Capability agenda, develop content, design the delivery & assessment framework and deploy across circles
- Sales Incentive Plans .. design and manage effective incentive programs for frontline sales team to enable delivery of business targets and key metrics
- Sales Recognitions Programs .. design and manage high impact programs that enthuse and motivate employees to deliver top tier performance
- Develop & execute training for all large process changes including automation tools deployment .. standardize & deploy key processes across circles
- Develop ways to track & improve field & channel capability
- Capture & record, near real time, all process changes in the sales vertical
