Job Description - DGM - SDP & Apps &Videos

Role purpose:

- To launch innovative content products and services across channels that will differentiate Vodafone against its competitors

- Leverage SDP to connect with new partners and app developers & leverage content to drive mobile internet penetration and usage

- To deliver the budgeted content revenue.

Product management:

- Launch new products & services which will help in driving data adoption and penetration as well as content revenues , particularly video services.

- Manage the roll out of developer platform and ensure launch of new direct to consumer services on timely basis

- Develop new potential revenue streams

- Redesign & Develop the Vodafone Live Portal along with customer experience team

Product marketing

- Drive the developer outreach program through various initiatives

- Analyse revenue as well as usage trends to aid product development and other marketing initiatives

- Effectively manage existing channels as well as device new channels to drive revenues

- Customer experience

- Achieve budgeted CDI & NPS.

- Ensure transparency of price and simplicity of price and charging across products and services across channels.

Partner Management:

- Be the preferred operator for partners.

- Identify new partners with innovative services.

- Manager partner relationship with existing partners to ensure regular improvement in the product/platforms as well as revenue enhancement

Circle Operations:

- Ensure product launch across cirlces, manage operations and ensure circle promotions for services.

- MBA with 12 + years work experience in product management

- Leadership and team management skills with a strong analytical and commercial acumen

- Problem solving and analytical skills.
