Designation : Deputy Manager/Manager - Campaign Manager  Department : Marketing  Location : Pune  Role purpose :   Identification of market & customer segment specific campaign opportunities; commercial analysis and revenue opportunities, both of which will drive focused campaign & commercial initiatives with respect to acquisition of new customers & retention of existing base.  Job Responsibilities :  - Campaign Planning & execution/ Includes Prepaid, Postpaid & VAS  - Using all mediums optimally (SMS/ OBD), tracking capacity utilisation & planning expansion..publish MIS for all at agred frequency  - Applying filters (DND etc.) for various databases  - Errors free execution of campaign  - Errors free execution of campaign  - Provide database for tele calling  - Networking with CS to ensure error free and smooth execution of all campaigns  - Get all OBDs recorded in specified TAT  Campaign analysis :  - Analyse response of each & every campaign & publishling results of the same on a dialy basis  - Provide insights on whats working and not workings basis verbiage / medium / language and guide product teams- Publish MIS  - Campaign results to include all channels - SMS /OBD / tele clling / Chordiant  Chordiant- MD & SD :  - Definition of campaign logic on CMD  - Execution and analyzing of campaigns run through sms, OBD, TC  - Ensuring smooth transition of campaigns from current process on Chordiant  - Definition of campaign logic on SD for Inbound (Call centre, stores and 121 IVR)  - Testing and deploying of logic on RA  - Prioritization of offers by engaging with the UNR team  - Business development /Processes & compliance   One business development project :  - Process compliance / policies (sms/subs, OBD / sub, tele calling / sub)  - To work on Process improvement and business change management in order to ensure smooth functioning of the campaign management process
