The Training Manager heads the training execution and deployment across learner groups and partners in circles. They also oversee training delivery, training content enhancement and V Search management. They also head training related projects.

- Training Deployment, administration, Infrastructure and Capability management
- Customer First projects conceptualization and execution
Requirements:
- Needs 4 -5 years of training delivery/administration experience, preferably in a BPO set up
- Must possess organization, planning, and project management skills
- Must have leadership and people development capabilities
- Must be able to communicate with peers and seniors in the system well and convincingly
