VBS Partner Account Manager (AM/DM - Enterprise Sales Ops Non Vert)
We are looking for energetic people who can handle the following responsibilities :
- Revenue Generation from allocated corporate accounts.
- Account Management
- Manage Quality of Acquisition
Key Result Areas:
- Revenue Generation - As per Budget Targets
- New account acquisition- (15% of New acquisitions)
- Quality of acquisition. (- 10% of Gross Activation)
- Manpower management
Key Functions & Responsibilities :
Drive Business through Channel Network :
- Management of Channel
- B2B Channel management
- End to end handling Key Accounts
- Tariff design and negotiation for big accounts
- Channel Handling
Account Management :
- Identifying new accounts
- Account allocation
- Tariff design and negotiation for big accounts
- Quantum and nature of promotions for accounts
- Developing account specific action plans
Quality :
- Monitor accounts with low quality
- FOS/TL wise productivity analysis
- Co-ordination with other function
Developmental :
- Track competition offerings
Experience :
- Should be B Tech/BE
- Exposure to Solution Selling
- MBA Preferred
