Description/Weightage/Measurement Criteria:

- Weekly IZU tracker and Interventions
High Value Retention: 10% UHVC IZU% of UHVC base to reduce to - 1%

- Ensure UHVC/HVC Segment mix is maintained and %downgraders comes down to X
- Weekly retention program, CPM, Displacement Models to be implemented and tracked.
Meet DB Gross Revenue in Prepaid Voice and PF:
- ensure revenue planning by 25th of each month for the following month along with market visits (4 days min travel/month) 20% DB Voice Rev-

- Use of COGNOS tool fro MiS and Analysis

- ensure ALL elements of new product launch are executed 40%
Dynamic Discounting to be launched:
- Promotion & penetration of convinience products/innovations like Balance Transfer, Happy Hours, Thank You Cards 5% Adoption and incremental rev from the adopted subs
