Description/Weightage/Measurement Criteria:

Improve KPIs on AON - 90 days base 15% Segment Mix to be maintained

- FoU to increase

- UU% of RES to increase

- Rev contribution to be maintained

- Reduce Gross IZMoU 10% Reduce Gross IZMoU

- Weekly IZU tracker and Interventions

High Value Retention: 10% UHVC IZU% of UHVC base to reduce to - 1%

- HVC IZU% of HVC base to reduce to - 2%

- Ensure UHVC/HVC Segment mix is maintained and %downgraders comes down to X

- Weekly retention program, CPM, Displacement Models to be implemented and tracked.

Meet DB Gross Revenue in Prepaid Voice and PF:

- ensure revenue planning by 25th of each month for the following month along with market visits (4 days min travel/month) 20% DB Voice Rev-

DB PF Rev:

- Use of COGNOS tool fro MiS and Analysis

- New Product Intervention Efficacy 5% Create dashboard to track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

- Publish monthly reports of all interventions/new products launch done for the month

Special Projects:

- Promotion & penetration of convinience products/innovations like Balance Transfer, Happy Hours, Thank You Cards 5% Adoption and incremental rev from the adopted subs

VRM : (detailed reviewing template) 10% Increase Rev from VRM base

- Retention % to reduce from X to Y

VRM payback to b less than 1 month

Increase STD penetration on base: (detailed reviewing template) 5% Increase Penetration

- Increase UU from XX to YY

- Increase MOU Contribution & Rev contribution from XX to YY

Increase ISD penetration on base: (detailed reviewing template) 10% Increase Penetration

- Increase UU from XX to YY

- Increase MOU Contribution & Rev contribution from XX to YY

LVC Drive: (detailed reviewing template) 10% Increase LVC ARPU to Rs 30

- Increase FoU on LVC by 1 day
