ROLE PURPOSE  The position is responsible for ensuring   1) high visibility across the circle, which entails planning and effective implementation of various branding elements across selling formats   2) managing the sales promoter network for the circle which entails deployment, liason with sales, productivity management & strategic development of program   STRATEGIC ACCOUNTABILITIES  - Assist the Brand Manager in preparing monthly/annual budgets pertaining to Outdoor, Signages, POS etc.  - Develop next level of visibility elements i.e. new innovations for POS mediums  - Execute Trade Shopper Marketing Initiatives through sales promoters in various channels  - Developing promoters for alternate channels based on business potential  SYSTEMS & PROCESSES  - Update, monitor and review retail signage database.  - Prepare and submit reports on various parameters like budget spend,POS, Logistics, etc   - Analyse Visibility Scores on a monthly basis & take corrective actions for POS and signage penetration.  - Prepare presentations on competition and POS which helps in knowing any new market information  - Devise promoter programs depending on channel requirement  - Target rollout for the promoter program   - Monitoring & reporting on promoter performance, productivity   OPERATIONS  - Coordinate and plan with vendors to ensure effective & timely delivery of installation of retail signages,POS,etc   - Proactively negotiate with the agency for savings in printing & mounting costs.  - Develop multiple vendors and negotiate better rates on signages, printing & merchandise for overall cost reduction  - Manage promoter network needs like induction, training, tracking & controlling churn   - Liaise with manpower vendors to ensure manpower goals are met with cost efficiency  ROLE DIMENSIONS  1.
