The Agile Coach is a senior expert in agility who guides and coordinates teams without participating in product management
ROLE:-
- Employee responsible for the adoption of Agile practices in the tribe
- Helps new teams participate in ceremonies and solve hindrances from a methodological or interpersonal point of view
DEDICATION:-
- The agile coach is dedicated 100% to supporting squads and is able to participate in 2 and 3 new teams and in up to 8 high maturity teams
RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER ROLES:-
- In direct contact with members of squads and POs, to whom he/she gives coaching and coordination
- Participates in coordination meetings with Agile coaches of other tribes to share best practices
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
INTRODUCE AGILE:
- Train teams in the methodology and the new way of working
- Monitor the progress of the squad and the scope of goals in the daily stand-up sessions through burn-down charts or other tools In charge of introducing continuous improvement practices in the different tribes in conjunction with other Agile coaches
- Define mechanisms to share information among stakeholders
BUILD EFFECTIVE SQUADS:
- Help squads reach their goals by pushing team members to deliver their maximum potential
- Follow up on internal processes of the team and one-on-one conversations with different members to deliver coaching and feedback
CONTRIBUTE TO THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE TEAM:
- Deliver constant feedback to the members
- He is consulted for the performance evaluations of the next members
- Identify problems and retrospective Participate in the performance evaluation of squad members
