ROLE PURPOSE:

- This role will cover tariffing and products. Responsible for working with circles to meet and exceed customer acquisition numbers, quality of customer acquisition. Responsible for optimizing mix of pricing, product, promotion channels to achieve revenues.

- Ensures Market penetration and increase in market share.

- Identifies new markets/products/ service offerings and evaluates commercial viability.

- Develops schemes/ products for customers, distribution channels & company's associates for market

- Drive acquisition & arrest churn

- Keeps update on new products and industry trends

ESSENCE OF ROLE:

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Product impact on acquisition

- Roll out scheme/promos to ensure achievement of business objectives

- Tracking and analyzing competition including tariffs, trade schemes, promotions, advertising and using this data to support decision making.

- Looking after the cost of acquisition

- Responsible for optimizing mix of pricing, product, promotion channels to achieve revenues.

- Ensures Market penetration and increase in market share.

- Identifies new markets/products/ service offerings and evaluates commercial viability.

- Drive Product Development and tariffing to support market Penetration.

- Products to be focused on postpaid

- Driver of acquisition numbers

- Increase retail penetration/coverage to ensure maximum thru-put from the markets

- Budgeting (Creation of Demand Model, Sales Roll Out, etc)

- Marketing Planning

- Acquisition & Revenue Analysis

- New Product Launch

- New Town Launch

- Logistics / Inventory

- Supporting Postpaid Business head in developing and executing a segment wise marketing plan for:

a) Postpaid customer acquisition

b) Enhancing Postpaid ARPU. This is to be achieved through-

- Planning all forms of communication (ATL- Press, radio, outdoor. BTL-collateral, DM, promos, events) -directed at prospective consumers, corporates, and trade. Briefing advertising & DM manager to develop this communication. Ensuring flawless implementation
