Responsibilities:

- Market Research: Research current marketing trends and develop marketing plans to drive online marketing for target segments in the US, Europe, and APAC.

- Email Marketing: Engage the end users using different email marketing strategies. Create promotional and informational content to create product and brand awareness.

- Campaign Management: Devise & run marketing campaigns based on client requirements with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.

- Content Development & Marketing: Write content for emails, brand collaterals, website, brochures, case studies, scripts for videos, presentations, newsletters, posters, infographics, e-books etc.

- Product Marketing: Develop product marketing strategies (positioning, messaging, launching). Also, ensure salespeople and customers understand it.

- User Engagement: Understand and analyze user-behavior to drive client recommendations and marketing activities.

- Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate and communicate with the internal stakeholders to understand clients' needs and develop innovative strategies to ensure client satisfaction.

- Brand management: Manage official social media accounts and related posts.

- Data Analysis: Analyze user engagement, prepare performance impact reports to understand the key areas for the action plan. Also, drive product innovation using various data intelligence techniques.

- Reporting: Report key performance metrics to clients and senior management. Prepare dashboards as per business requirements.

Requirements:

Technical:

- Qualification: Any bachelor's or master's degree (marketing or communications preferred).

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in driving online marketing campaigns, email marketing, market research, content writing, user engagement, analysis, and marketing strategy building.

- Knowledge of designing tools like Canva, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop etc. (an added advantage).

- Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.

Behavioral:

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills coupled with strong business acumen.

- Self-starter with a passion for work, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

- Flexible and responsive, should be able to prioritize multiple tasks, reprioritize as needed.

- Creative with a can-do attitude and establish strong client relationships.

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.

- Strong bias for impact-based action - to be able to work in a fast-paced startup culture.

- Ideates clearly and persuasively.

- Flexible and works analytically in a virtual, problem-solving environment.

- Ability to work effectively and independently and at speed across portfolios.
