Manager - Talent Acquisition&nbsp; Responsibilities : - Partner extensively with business heads to ensure alignment with strategic hiring needs and develop robust recruitment plans to ensure success as the organization scales - Proactively seek eligible candidates through various sources such as alumni networks, recruiting partners, social media, job boards and identify other trends in recruiting - Develop and manage recruitment campaigns and collaborate with the leadership team to actively participate in recruitment campaigns and events - Serve as primary contact for all candidates throughout the identification, attraction, and assessment stages, and be highly responsive to their needs - Lead the recruitment strategy and execute the full life cycle of recruitment process for campus and experienced candidates across the organization - Coordinate with hiring managers and develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Develop, analyze, and track measurable metrics from all talent acquisition sources and propose recommendations to support business and talent goals - Manage all candidate applicant tracking ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements according to company policy Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. MBA in HR preferred - Minimum of 3 years of technology or product related recruitment experience - A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies - Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results - Proficient with business software tools such as Microsoft Office applications - Strong communication, interpersonal and detail-oriented skills - Knowledge of technology and product development roles and responsibilities - Prior expertise in scaling teams for start-ups is preferred
