Responsibilities: - Manage end to end product customisation and delivery process; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to lead the delivery process ensuring quality and timely execution - Work with Client Servicing team to understand client requirements. Work with different internal stakeholders to address client concerns pre and post client launch - Handle the post-launch customer and prioritise the work for the team as per requirement - Ensure tracking all existing problems, consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and route to right teams for resolution - Work with product manager to improve and automate the processes regarding launch and product improvements - Track the product usage and present the weekly report on usage metrics - Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs. Improve data analytics capabilities by driving platform intelligence using algorithms and logics - Perform day-to-day analysis of all product related initiatives to make recommendations to optimize product's functioning to enhance customer experience Requirements: - MBA with 1 - 3 years of work experience in IT Service Delivery oriented structure (MBA from a top B-school preferred) - Tech orientation is a must. Strong technical skills and capabilities to understand business applications, analytics, and platform technologies - Experience of driving/assisting cross functional project will be a plus - Excellent communication skills to formulate and articulate technical and value points - Very high bar for quality and dedication to get the work done. Strong analytical rigor to identify and resolve issues - Role has a direct impact on customer experience. Customer centric approach is a must - Computer Skills: Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (excel) and PowerPoint - Initiative: Ability to work with limited supervision within a team with high-level of individual initiative
