Responsibilities - Complete ownership of all product launches including people management, project oversight and delivery strategies - Own delivery of company's product suite including Quality, Timelines and Cost for various clients - Own the progress of launch goals and KPIs by applying strong management practices of monitoring, analyzing, identifying and resolving performance challenges through preparing and completing action plans - Provide leadership to delivery managers who will be responsible for managing different product portfolios driving a culture of innovation and process optimisation - Effective relationship management with key stakeholders to manage projects to agreed timelines - Mine and analyse data for metrics in partnership with product management and Client Success to aid in preparation, readiness and prioritization of features - Take ownership for the resolution of highly complex issues and risks that have been escalated and take appropriate action to recover, often working across divisional boundaries. - Provide inputs to internal teams including product and client success to enhance business performance and achieve established goals - Should be comfortable in teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring relationship management skills along with a deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions. Accountable for client satisfaction, delivery quality and growth Requirements:&nbsp; - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) along with MBA from a top-tier B school in India or abroad - 4+ years of program management experience with proven success in working with international clients - Ability to successfully implement &amp; lead multiple complex projects - Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies to hold technical discussions with all stakeholders - Program, Account, People and Client Mgmt. experience mandatory - Should be comfortable in dealing with customisation, design, program planning discussions with senior client stakeholders - Experience of agile project management tools preferably Jira - Strong project management, growth hacking, leadership and cross-group collaboration skills - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical - Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies to hold technical discussions with all stakeholders
