Eligibility Requirements:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or any other relevant graduate degree is a bonus

- Proven experience in a leadership role within software engineering, with a focus on AI and AR technologies.

- 4+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Development using Java/J2EE

- In-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design and Development, knowledge of web-based projects and having worked on it

- Knowledge of Java/J2EE/Unix/ Ext JS/ Angular JS, Spring, Web services, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Advance Java

- Reasonable grasp of OOP concepts, design patterns and able to understand & create technical Design Document of the Project

- In depth knowledge and application of Java, J2EE, HTML/CSS, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, Struts framework, EJB and JavaScript

- Experience of working with CRM systems that integrate payment gateways, micro services, design architecture, shopping carts, merchant accounts, affiliate tracking systems, email campaigns, auto responders and 3rd party commission payment software

- Should have strong experience in programming, developing, designing architecture and leading technical teams working on development or maintenance of Java/ JavaScript applications

- Experience in a software development leadership role in an e-commerce environment

- Understanding budgets and business-planning

- Should be able to define the technical and product requirements of the business in detail and to set up all required processes for a successful market entry

- Excellent communication skills

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Developing the company's strategy for using technical resources.

- Software Development with Java, Advance Java Platform., Enterprise Java and/or open source products (J2EE,Struts, Spring, JSP, HTML-5, Servlets, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse).

- Provide strategic direction for the development and implementation of AI/AR technologies.

- Define and implement the technology stack for AI and AR development.

- Working with a leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for IT management and production,

balancing long term and immediate needs.

- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.

- Implementing new systems and infrastructures, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of product solutions.

- Building quality assurances and data protection processes.

- Facilitating the development and implementation of disaster recovery and IT security failure plans.

- Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

- Using stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

- Communicating technology strategy to partners and investors.

- Creating strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluating, developing and deploying all technical, web and mobile services.

- Possessing a strong ability to manage and influence in a matrixed environment through negotiation and collaboration and, provide insights, problem solving and streamline execution towards business goals.

- Developing technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

- Discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

- Providing through leadership to advise and structure initiatives, identify key themes, develop mitigation plans, and make connections of opportunities across functional areas.

- Ensuring the operational plan is delivered within agreed budgets and timeframes.

- Transforming, overseeing and managing a variety of highly prioritized projects and analysis.

- Identifying customer requirements, analyse alternatives, and conduct solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations.
