The Solution Architect plays a critical role in ensuring that the final solution meets the needs of the organization while adhering to best practices and industry standards. Eligibility Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related fields. - Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design. - In-depth understanding of coding languages (Java, Spring, Springboot, Microservices). - Sound knowledge of various OOP concepts, operating systems, databases and able to understand & create technical Design Document of the Project. - Previous project management experience is advantageous. - Efficient communication skills. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. Job Description & Responsibilities: - Building and integrating information systems to meet the company's needs. - Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. - Collaborating with the IT development team to assure architectural solutions could be suitably translated into effectual and robust implementation. - Preparing and presenting test plan, Solution Design, technical presentations, analyst briefings plus white papers to respond to different Custom Solution deliverables. - Identifying customer requirements, analysing alternatives, and conducting solution recommendations related to software, platform, and network configurations. - Java/J2EE/Unix/ Ext JS/ Angular JS, Spring, Webservices, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Advance Java - Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and, working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. - Providing supervision and guidance to development teams. - Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed. - Informing various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented. - Assisting Sales and Pre-Sales team in their client conversations in order to ensure maximum conversions and high-quality dialogue. - Providing updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets.
