Vivant - Head - Engineering

- The Head of Engineering should be a technology geek, with hands-ons experience on Architecting, designing and developing large scale enterprise solutions in Microsoft Technologies and open stack.

- Reporting directly to the CEO, this person will be working closely with the executive management members to drive the company strategy forward. Above all the person will need excellent leadership skills to manage the largest team within the organisation.

- The Head of Engineering will lead multiple teams including Product Development, Solution architecture, Infrastructure Design and Management, Information Security, and various Customer Projects.

- The Head of Engineering will need to have blend of product and technology outlook.

- The Head of Engineering will be leading the projects and product development in Agile and Lean development space, and will have strong contribution to requirement visualization, elaboration to the actual product implementation.

- You will be required to leading the Architecture group to drive technology leadership, creating scalable and micro-services based architecture, frameworks, best practices, architecture, coding guidelines and ensuring their adherence.

- You will be required to guide the Delivery Teams to ensure reliable and quality releases with-in agreed and planned timelines.

- You will work with our Sales Team to ensure the right solution is provided to prospects.

- You will be the face of organization to the customers and prospects, help out best in class and architecture to fit solutions to the needs.

- You will be leading the deliveries and support on the platform with-in India and Abroad.
