Responsibilities:
- Analyse and optimise user journeys, funnels and cohorts.
- Conduct usability studies to understand customer pain points/challenges/requirements.
- Come up with new feature requirements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
- Document new product requirements and specifications.
- Work with UX designer, developers, testers to develop and release the feature.
- Monitor and track utilisation/performance of features post release.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree from a good engineering college.
- MBA is preferred but not a must.
- At least 3+ years of experience in product management at a digital product company.
- Passion to define/build disruptive digital products.
