Job Description : Ensure implementation of VM strategy to enhance brand positioning and sales across various touch points (store windows, entrance, common area, focal points and planogram of the stores under him/her)

- Create and develop visual merchandising strategies by season.

- Create a conducive shopping ambience in the store for the store for the target customer

- Conceptualization and execution of windows and in-store display

- Get thematic display in store

- Maintenance of signage and posters in and outside the store

- Maintain the basic hygiene in terms of overall look of the store

- Effectiveness tracking of displays by comparing and analysing sales generation.
