Visual Merchandising Role - eCommerce

Job Location: Bangalore

Education: National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) must.

Opportunity:

You will lead the Visual Merchandising efforts for a category with Our Client. This team is responsible for running various merchandising activities on the Udaan app to help our users buy better. You will be responsible for driving more traffic, better conversions on the app. This is a massively impactful role and you'll have great opportunities to develop & foster various skill sets:

- Fashion is widely fragmented. Every day sellers on this platform upload thousands of new products for sale on this platform. Helping them find more customers is the core of building Udaan.

- You- ll engage with SMBs across India and develop a thorough understanding of products, relevant designs, pricing etc

- You- ll distill your findings into simple stories/ events which can be used to drive campaigns on the app

- You will be a managing end to end campaigns for your category.

Requirements:

- You have very deep business acumen and are a strong problem solver.

- You are highly driven and resourceful. You plan meticulously and execute tightly.

- You have 2-4 years of relevant work experience in visual merchandising, predominantly in fast-paced startups.

- You hold a specialization degree from a top-tier fashion technology/ design institute
