- Heading Visual Merchandising & Projects for the company across Pan India.

- Driving & managing the visual merchandising across Pan India for the Brand.

- Visual Merchandising calendar formation in alignment with the brand's marketing calendar.

- Window concept rollout by doing mock-ups and effective creative dockets for the stores.

- Standardized and streamlined the new season launch in the brand by developing mock ups and docket creation linking with a VM contest.

- Planograms/Mockshops were made for effective space utilization and effective sell through by closely working with buying team

- Handled Projects from raising the BOQ to finalizing the costs and executing the stores

- Designed visual training manual, staff training program; conducted store visits and trained staff in updated visual merchandising standards.

- Built the VM team to current strength by right structuring and talent acquisition.

- Made the VM manual and SOP manual for the brand.
