Scope of work

General ledger accounting-upto finalization stage under SAP ERP package. Monthly finalization of accounts under USGAAP. Yearly finalization of accounts as per Indian accounting standards. Reconciliation of UGAAP & IGAAP books.

Ensure compliance- with various company policies on accounting treatment, USGAAP, Indian laws & accounting standards & Sarbanes Oxley.

Fixed asset accounting - monitoring requisition & approval of fixed assets as per chart of authority, tracking of actual spends visa vis approved budgets against specific projects. Record & tracking of individual fixed assets, location of each asset, capitalization against commissioning of assets, depreciation, tagging, physical verification, salvage as per company norms & statutory requirements.

Monitoring of key monthly reconciliations

Development of processes & controls for a smooth transition of the finance function

Liaison with Shared services provider for the transaction process activity and completion for the quality financial statement
