Overall Responsibility :
Promote and develop Vistra India, International Expansion Services business via active business development to professional intermediaries, corporations locally and overseas by identifying new opportunities to grow the client base and exploiting existing client network.
- Manage the sales process from beginning to end providing effective advice to support business growth and ultimately converting leads into loyal clients
- Executing, monitoring and reporting on a Strategic Business Development Plan.
- Able to work closely in a team environment and hand over solid new business to the client management teams, and develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Identify and maximize cross-referral opportunities to other Vistra Group global offices/business units where applicable.
Requirements :
- University graduate with at least 10 years - relevant experience and demonstrable track record in business development for Corporate Services business, business consultancy or a reputed CA firm.
- Candidates with CA/finance degree would be preferred.
- Experience in finance function of a large/medium size Indian corporate would be highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of India inbound cross-border business/transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Results-oriented, - can-do-, client focused attitude.
- Willing to travel within India/ globally to meet current/prospective clients and intermediaries, if required.
- Strong sense of professional integrity.
