We're now seeking an individual with recruiting experience in a high-growth organization, commitment to excellence, and an affinity for working in a complex and fast-changing environment to join Vistaprint's HR team in Mumbai, India.

In this role you will be:

Partnering with management stakeholders to develop the best strategies for recruiting top talent in a highly competitive market.

Implementing sourcing strategies that provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool through networking, cold-calling, referrals, internet sourcing, job postings, use of social media etc.

Managing candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. CV screen, evaluate skill-level, manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiation, offer acceptance, offer letter generation.

Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing insights and recommendations that contribute to the overall achievement of Vistaprint's business and financial objectives.

Ensuring Hiring Manager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.

Interfacing to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.

Possessing a wide range of experience on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends.

Minimum 8 years proven success of end-to-end recruiting (including sourcing) in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a team environment.

High energy, highly motivated and self-directed. Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.

Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a strong desire to build a world-class company.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. In addition, teamwork skills are a must, along with the ability to grasp new technologies.

Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.

Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and recruiters. Continuous follow-up with clients to confirm staffing plans and candidates' needs are met.

Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems a plus.

MBA-HR degree preferred.
