Job Title - Credit Approver( Sr manager –Credit)
Job Holder - Approval
Reporting To - Chief Risk Officer
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Credit Appraisal: Ensure all loan application are appraised as per credit policy and within applicable TAT.
- Credit Policy: Manage the changes in Credit policy as per market requirement to maintain healthy portfolio quality
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and analyze risks (economic, social, political, etc) related to broader loan portfolio; ensure portfolio diversification and quality across activities and Area
Requirement of Travelling
- Role requires the person to travel to branches for about 7-10 days in a months across the states of Vistaar’s operation( presently 3 states)

- NCL %
- Attrition%
People Management :
- Take constant feedback from the team to clear any bottle necks / solve any issues and ensure least attrition in the cluster
- Ensure Branch Discipline and monitor other routine issues
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Graduation
- Professional experience: 5-8 years’ experience required in Financial services preferably NBFCs dealing with mortgage loans, housing loans, PL. Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit appraisal is essential for this role.

- Ability to effectively communicate with the public
- Good analytic skills, judgment and ability to make independent decisions informed by both quantitative and qualitative data (including informal feedback from stakeholders and non-business context: socio-political-religious environmental factors)
- Ability to work with minimal direction. Self-starter
- Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
- Good leadership and people management skills, with ability to manage people both directly and indirectly at multiple levels and remotely
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems
Additional competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic Accounting Skills
- Good reading and writing skills in English required.
- Good knowledge of local language is strongly preferred ( Hindi is essential in addition knowledge Kannada, Tamil and Marathi is preferable)
- Ability and willingness to travel for 7-10 days in a month by bus and train.
