Job Title : Senior Relationship Manager
Reporting to: Head - Business Development
Location: Mumbai
Indicative CTC : INR 10,00,000/- to 12,00,000/-
Main Responsibilities :
The candidate would be responsible for structuring trade solutions and market development in the specified regions of the company's operations. He/she would be the company's representative and the point of contact between the company and company's domestic and overseas counterparts for coordinating activities with respect to deal closure.
Key responsibilities include :
- Responsible for fulfilment of objectives outlined for the Sales Managers reporting into the candidate
- Structure Trade Solutions to best fit the needs of the clients
- Liase with Domestic and Overseas counterparts to represent client needs and accordingly customize/structure solutions
- Assist in preparations of Credit Memos and Information Memorandums
- Assist in representation of client cases for approval to the Credit committee
Position Requirements :
- Post Graduate/MBA in Finance / Chartered Accountant
- At least 8 to 9 years of post-qualification experience in Banking / NBFC, specifically in the Unsecured Lending space of the MSME / SME segment
- Hands on experience of Client Relationship Management with an existing portfolio of clients in the regions
- Willingness to work in a start-up environment
