Job Description :
The Manager - Field Services will be responsible for building and managing their own book of business, both through new client acquisition in our Workforce Solutions Division. In new client acquisition, will target organizations nationally in need of staffing resources through aggressive networking, cold-calling, and needs based selling.
- The Manager will also acquire new business with existing clients by leveraging current relationships and services that parallel is providing them to uncover additional needs for technical resources.

Job Responsibilities :
- Develop new business for our Workforce Transformation division by providing solutions to client on Contractual Staffing, Leader Ship Hiring, RPO, Recruiter on Demand, Managed Services and Build-Operate-Transfer Model.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to current & potential clients.
- Present sales strategy to internal executives
- Maintain relationships with clients for additional sales and services
- Determine factors that influence client's decision making and achieve set business targets
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
- Track client milestones
- Negotiate contracts
- Act as intermediary between clients and internal delivery team.
- Achieve revenue, profit and business growth objectives
- Set client expectations
- Support internal recruitment initiatives
- Increase the company's presence
- Marketing of Vision Tree Workforce brand to potential clients
Qualification Required :
- 5-7 years- experience in hunter role (New Business Development, Client Acquisition) working with staffing and recruitment industry.
- Experience working with US Clients and Successful track records of acquiring new clients in USA.
- Experience staffing Systems Integration and Staff Augmentation projects.
- Strong understanding of USA Geography, Time Zones and Culture.
- Strong customer service focus/skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Successful track record of hunting the fortune clients and achieving the revenue targets.
- Open to travel internationally as per business need.
