Responsibilities:  - Responsible for the managing and control of the recording related processes, including quality, inventory, process workflow, communication between teams etc.  - Reviews and analyzes performance reports against targets on a weekly/monthly basis with team members, managers and with client to investigate causes for performance deviations, and reward good performances.  - Managing Team's performance, includes but not limited to day to day interaction with DRs to review and provide advice on exceptions, conduct monthly one-on-ones, handling performance related issues in accordance with PIP policy, annual performance management.  - Ensures Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the process are met as agreed upon with the client.  - Participates in client / internal review calls and handles first level of escalations  - Ensures process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures  - Should be in the current role (Manager/Asst. Manager) for minimum of 1.5 years  - Minimum of 3 years work experience in Recording Domain for US Mortgage Industry  - Must possess strong verbal and written communication  - Possess a good balance of performance and people management  - Excellent knowledge of MS Office  Educational Qualifications & experience:  - Candidate should possess a minimum of graduation degree.  - Should have managed teams of 15-20 people.  - Over 7 years banking/financial services experience and a minimum of 1.5 years of experience as an Asst. Manager/ Manager
