Designation: Project Manager - Software Services   Band: Manager  Responsibilities:   - Lead and manage a team of multi-skilled resources comprising of Technical Architects, Developers, QAs, BAs & DBAs and oversee the delivery of Professional Services solutions to clients in US.   - Own solution delivery and responsible for all aspects of quality and delivery in the development, testing, deployment and production support of software.   - Drive technical excellence, implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration, test-driven development and adoption of best in class performance measurement metrics to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions.   - Operations management and direction of staff, monitor job performance and provide necessary coaching, counseling and motivation to maximize employee contribution and organizational performance. - Responsible for establishing team goals and ensuring goals are met.   - Control attrition by attracting and retaining diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization and skill development.   - Achieve assigned metrics for the organization i.e. revenue, bookings, billing hours, profit margin etc.   - Drive resource utilization, productivity, revenue growth, and delivery of billable engagements for all services projects running under various client accounts.   - Ensures adequate level of resources are in place to meet client needs, conduct interviews, oversee billing of all resources and meet account profitability targets.  - Produce requirements specifications, architectural designs and interface specifications in collaboration with Solution Architects.   - Provide thought leadership and value additions to the client with proactive solutions, automations and strong reliable processes.   - Review account issues and risks in a timely manner and take action to ensure smooth functioning and risk free delivery. Drive and coordinate crisis management.   - Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to generate estimations for proposal creation.   - Work with the management team on strategic company initiatives to build a great workplace.   Requirements:   - Overall 14+ years of experience spread over software development, professional services, engineering and managed services with atleast 3 years in software delivery management.   - Strong experience in Microsoft stack including some of the emerging technologies with hands-on experience on .NET/SharePoint/SSIS/SSRS/SSAS/Power BI technologies.   - Broad technical experience delivering high quality enterprise-level software solutions leading development teams of size 20+ in an Onshore & Offshore Model for US clients.  - Knowledge and hands-on experience implementing large scale, highly available, robust e-commerce and mobile applications.   - Excellent cross organization collaboration skills with proven leadership experience of managing multiple assignments, customer accounts, complex projects / engagements simultaneously.   - Extensive experience in project management principles with full software lifecycle experience in both traditional waterfall and Agile development methodologies.   - Experience in managing client accounts, sustain long term client relationship and delivered high degree of customer satisfaction. - Strong interpersonal skills with ability in dealing at multiple organization levels and deliver clear and concise presentations to executive leadership.   - Acquaintance of working in dynamic start-up environment and proficient at being flexible to shifting priorities and rapid changes.   Work Location - AMR Tech Park, Hosur Road, Bangalore.
