What You Will Be Doing

Deep-Diving into our operations, understanding the sales process, analysing the client success stories, creating the right pitch needed to tap our prospects in the US geography. You- ll be driving customer success on the outside and collaborating with delivery team on the inside. We have a detailed Sales Playbook to help you get started. Bring your analytical skills to bear, not merely following the playbook, but improving it.

What You Won't Be Doing

- You will not be simply anlysing process. Your job is to acquire several logos in the BFSI space, understand their operational/strategic problems and solving them creatively through digital solutons

- You will not be doing HR and administrative management. We have systematized the work activities of every role, so you can focus on the execution of your transformations.

- Once you build a decent portfolio to a state of smooth sailing, we'll assign you to the next challenge.

Key Responsibilities :

- Acquire new logos and meet revenue goal expectations

- Generate a healthy pipeline to ensure you are able to contribute in a scalable, predictable manner

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of a business unit's operations

- Transform the business unit by executing our playbook

- Enhance/Improve our transformation process (the Playbook)

Basic Requirements

- Technical/quantitative university degree (B.E/BTech from Premier Institutues only)

- Enterprise software experience at an executive level

- Cross-functional ops experience (including engineering, customer support, professional services, managed services, or other operational areas)

- Leader of large-scale transformation projects (not merely a participant)

Nice-to-have Requirements

- Hands-on software development experience

- Experience in a shared-services or centralized environment

- Revenue generating responsibility $10M+
