Manage Offshore IT Infrastructure team and provide single point ownership for Client Infrastructure Delivery Management for areas given below.   - Server Support & Administration (Windows/Linux)  - IBM Mainframe Support  - Network Management (Cisco and Juniper Devices)  - Database Administration (SQL and Oracle)  - Service Desk Operations   - Provide technical leadership and manage overall IT operations ensuring Client's Infrastructure and services are up and running meeting predefined SLA.  - Responsible for people management of technical teams comprising of Windows Admins, Linux Admins, Network Engineers and DBAs whilst managing the growth and development of Offshore Team.   - Technically skilled and ability to understand client infrastructure and operational requirements, hire appropriate resources, oversee knowledge transfer and own the entire transition process.  - Ensure new business/requirement is transitioned from Onsite to Offshore in a smooth way, with minimal disturbance to customer business  - Handle Operational Issues related to Offshore center, provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Process.  - Responsible for running an ITIL compliant operation and enforcing security and compliance requirements.  - Generate reports (SLA and operations) and lead Client Service Reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly)  - Manage change initiatives in a systematical manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change  - Adhere to agreed escalation process to escalate resource issues, delays in delivery, missed deadlines & any other planning/execution issues to Senior Management  - Foster good working relationship with Client Technical Managers and be the primary interface for all client communication.  Experience Requirement :   - Bachelor degree with 10- 12 years experience of which at least 4 years should be as Delivery Manager managing 30-40 Infrastructure resources for medium or large sized clients.  - 4-5 years of hands-on experience working on Windows/Linux systems or Network Devices  - Strong IT technical skills in Server Management, Network, Virtualization and DB technologies  - Preferable experience of managing Client infrastructure that hosts e-com sites handling large traffic  - ITIL, 6Sigma certifications desired  - Willing to travel to client site at US at short notice (B1 Visa preferred)  Knowledge on :   - Server: AD/DHCP/DNS, file/print, database, web, messaging, infrastructure application, business applications, remote access.  - Servers Management (IBM/DELL platform and Windows/Linux flavors)  - Network: LAN/WAN/WIFI, VPN  - Security: Firewall, Antivirus, IPS/IDS  - Server Virtualization (VMware, HyperV)  - Storage: DAS, NAS, SAN  - Cloud services (Azure and AWS).  - Business continuity and disaster recovery  - Relationship between application design, data, and infrastructure environment.  Soft Skills :   - Excellent written and oral communication skills.  - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills  - Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.  - Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.  - Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.  The candidate should be flexible to work in UK shift(2.30pm(noon)-11.00pm)   Company Brief:  Visionet Systems, Inc. is a privately held and employee owned company that was founded in 1995 and headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey.
