ROLE: Business Operations Manager

REPORTING TO: Managing Director

LOCATION: Bangalore

ABOUT THE ROLE : 

This role would require working closely with our managing director & cross functional teams on the strategic Initiatives of the company. Should be able to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to business units and management. This is a role for an ambitious & career-oriented person. Success in this role demands a strong strategic and analytical orientation coupled with exceptional communication skills as well as a highly developed collaborative nature

KEY RESPONSIBILITY: 

- Will be working closely on the MD office's Strategic Initiatives.

- Bring together the crucial pieces of information from various internal & external sources to develop strategic options.

- Is responsible for development and oversight of the business's corporate strategies to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage.

- Work on business forecasting models for new products or new service launch

- Staff planning and forecasting model

- Prepare and publish critical management reports. Provide key insights into operations using data trends and analytics.

- Work on continuous business improvement projects

- Assist in management communication

- Work on important business process and finance audits

REQUIREMENTS :

- Should have 2 years experience prior to MBA and a minimum of 2 years experience post MBA

- Should hold an Engineering degree in any stream and hold MBA from premier tier 1 institute.

- Should have experience in MIS, Strategy, Sales or any kind of experience as Business Analyst or financial planning & forecasting.

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Excellent analytical, excel and presentation skills

- Should be willing to travel to US when required.

- The person is required to be excellent in communication
