Role and Responsibilities:  - Manage Title search process Operations and service delivery (US Mortgage Domain) - 4-5yrs  - Responsible for process improvement & innovation initiatives  - Be the SPOC for key clients & responsible for client engagement / account management  - Good in people management   - Responsible for leadership development & succession planning  - Experience in handling multiple projects and clients  - Experience in handling larger teams   - Responsible for ensuring daily utilization at 100%  - Performance review of team members, TLs & Asst. Managers  - Conduct regular skip level meetings with production staff and address concerns if any  - Ensure to meet the monthly revenue and revenue per FTE goals  Qualification and Experience :  - Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in a US mortgage / Title Insurance domain  - Strong communication skills (including ability to probe deeply into business issues during exploratory and fact finding calls/discussions)  - Helps manage the enterprise's security organization, consisting of direct & indirect reports.  - A graduate with good analytical, problem solving and people management skills  - Candidates with Six Sigma Green belt training / certification will be added advantage or having fair understanding of Six Sigma tools and practices
