AVP - Enterprise Risk

Responsibility: Should be able to set up an Enterprise Risk Management framework for the Organization, identification of potential Risk areas and putting in mitigation techniques which would lead to achievement of Strategic Objectives.

KPI's:

A. Developing end to end Enterprise Risk framework.

B. Assessment for Compliance Risk/Strategic Risk/Reputational Risk/Operation Risk/ Hazard& Safety/Market Risk/Financial Risk etc. along with Business Impact Analysis

C. Clearly Identify top 10 Risk for the organization- Severity & Frequency

D. Risk Qualification

E. Deploying Mitigation techniques /Actions and Quarterly monitoring of risk management.

F. Oversee Safety, Compliance and Internal controls & Processes for potential leakages.

G. Knowledge of Project/Planning/ Monitoring & Project Risk assessment

H. Hands on knowledge on BCP and Information Security Risk; ISO Certifications.

I. Formulate a Risk steering committee with Senior management team to oversee Risk areas and mitigating them.
