Job Description: Essential experience Digital advertising sales background. TV Sales experience can be considered.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.
- Strategize towards securing a steady base by means of acquiring long-term commitments
- Developing preferred partnership with top digital advertisers through fact finding on brands, marketing plans with accurate information and feedback for past campaigns and ensuring smooth execution of deals
- In depth account management by means of client servicing through customized properties/deals, and other digital brand solutions for critical launches
- Build, manage and scale a revenue pipeline with publishers, advertisers, online ad networks/agencies and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue on a monthly basis.
- Generate revenue by selling online advertising inventory and meet monthly targets along with maintaining a high CPM rate.
- The candidate will be responsible to maintain a minimum threshold of advertising revenue throughout the year, struck deals to have a regular revenue stream during low seasons.
- Effective sales planning based on the time of the year to make sure that the inventory is fully utilized thus maximizing the ROI.
- Apart from new business, the role includes account development to have a long-term business association with clients.
- Finding out who controls the advertising budget among the target segment organizations and contact them well in advance for new business.
- Formulate and implement innovative Advertising packages that maximize the revenue opportunities with brands and agencies to rapidly expand the business.
- Drive results in a fast paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style and a strong vision.
- The incumbent would be responsible for selling ad inventory and maximize revenue potential by forging long term revenue deals.
- Maintaining a good sales pipeline for the quarter, highlighting roadblocks early on, so that alternates can be reviewed, will be a critical part of the role.

- Ability to leverages relationships, build a strong network and have effective negotiations.
Technical:
- Strong knowledge of digital ecosystem.
- Should be both a category & a brand builder with a strong ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
- High on ideation while creating brand solutions for the client's in-sink with their communication strategies.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the market
