The job purpose of this role is to be responsible for complete event planning & execution, documentation and data management for the centre.
Event / Promotions Management
- Adhere to the marketing SOP guidelines for events and promotions;
- Planning & execution of the events as per the approved marketing calendar;
- Coordinate with various vendors (Event Production, Shopping Centre D- cor, and Printing) and make sure all requirements of the event(s) are met within the stipulated time frame.
- Lead in the implementation of ATL, BTL, TTL, Guerilla marketing campaigns and branding strategies at the mall;
- Ensure communication solutions for all events and guest service promotions which includes up-dating mall guides, directory boards, and general guest services literature;
- Work with the digital marketing team to ensure all the center marketing initiatives and activations are updated in all the digital media platforms including retailer and event activations
- Oversee the guest helpdesk and collation of the necessary customer feedback;

Relationship Management
- Effectively manage the relationship with all the vendors / tenants;
- Maintain effective relationship with clients and vendors event production, mall decor, printing etc.;
MIS, Reporting
- Updating/ maintain events Black Book of the events and customer feedback;
- Updating daily / weekly reports on budget Vs sales target achievement;
- Maintain / update necessary report, spreadsheets;
