- Management and Steering of MMI India & bC Expo India Pvt. Ltd. - Ensuring seamless management within the framework defined in the AOA/ Management by laws. - Financial planning, monitoring of cash flows and liquidity and treasury management enabling seamless company operations. - Securing the compliances for both entities - Representing the company to third parties on a national and international level. - Analyzing the company's financial and compliance strengths and weaknesses, suggesting, and driving plans for improvement. - Implementation and maintenance of financial guidelines, banking guidelines, compliance guidelines, and alike - Functionally overseeing the departments of accounting, finance, tax, administration of our two Indian subsidiaries. Directing the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, financial forecast, deviation reports, and governmental agency reports. - Analyzing the sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses, providing insights and making or overseeing any necessary updates to future projections and budgets. - Coordinating with the legal team on case-to-case basis as and when required. - Ensuring that the company's financial reports are accurate and completed on time. - Coordinating and exchanging mainly financial information with the Headquarters. - Ensuring content responsibilities as required for Board Meetings - Steering all Indian M&A activities - Regular reporting to the Board of Directors and the International Business Management Department in Munich - Studying long-range economic trends and projecting their impact on future growth in sales and market share. Candidate Requirements: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required. - Relevant experience of 15-20 years. - Intercultural understanding and sound global perspective (specially India and Germany). - Willingness and openness to travel occasionally (within India and abroad). - Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent analytical skills. - Excellent leadership skills. - Excellent business acumen and organizational skills. - Proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. - Entrepreneurial spirit and creative drive - Sound experience in M&A projects and post-merger integration processes
