Virohan is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to manage the end-2-end recruitment process in the organization. As an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will build HR strategies and employer branding that attract the best talent to Virohan and manage the end-2-end recruitment process. One of the key goals for you is to collaborate with the larger HR team to get Virohan in India's Great Places to Work rankings within 3 years of joining. We aim to create India's largest Industry demand-led edtech platform for healthcare professionals. Crafting talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs. 2. Manage the end-2-end recruitment process including sourcing, initial assessments, interviews, and offers 3. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast 4. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements Sourcing & Selection : 1. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job sites, social platforms and professional networks, partner consulting services, etc.) 2. Plan employee referral programs and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors 3. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews 4. Formulating learning and development and career progression plan of the employee from first day of joining 5. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates Employer branding : 1. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities 2. Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing) and represent the organization on various platforms and events that promote employer branding 3. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience Process Management : 1. Overall employee lifecycle management, which will include employee documentation, HR compliances, Employee Satisfaction, Grievances, performance management and training, separation, leave, payroll etc. 2. Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.) 3. Develop and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs for all branches pan India 4. Leverage the use of technology for HR- MIS. At the end of one year, success would mean closing 100% hiring requirements within 1 month of request raised, taking a minimum of 3 large scale initiatives to improve employer branding and continuous process improvement.
