Virohan - Senior Project Manager - Operations

Virohan is looking for a Sr. Project Lead to setup and manage the Onboarding team at Virohan from scratch.

The onboarding team is the custodians of standardization at Virohan. Before any new educational campus is on-boarded with Virohan, it has to undergo a transformation- essentially an exhaustive check or makeover that is required to become a Virohan campus.

The role of our Project Managers entails ensuring transformation and standardization of new campuses across cities, ensuring that projects are completed with strict adherence to time, quality and costs. A Project Manager will engage with all concerned stakeholders - like Partners, Sales team, Procurement team, Branding team, vendors and other internal support teams - to plan and schedule the onboarding, setup and launch of properties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Site execution:

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress for launch of a campus in a new city

- Site execution and coordination with internal departments, vendors and partners for the flawless execution of multiple launch projects

- The role spans from agreement signing to handover of the property for business operatios (including but not limited to Branding, IT, Infrastructure, etc)

- Ensuring hiring and training of all teams across multiple cities

- Ensure that all onboarding projects are delivered on-time and within budget using appropriate project management tools

- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact b/w multiple partners and multiple internal stake stakeholders

- Engage in constant communication with all the involved stakeholders to identify and solve problems.

- Find and adopt best practices, strengthen the launch process and ensure harmonious relationships are maintained between all parties involved

- Identify, negotiate and liaise with vendors for services and materials

- Managing a team of young and motivated team members

- Delegate project tasks to team based on strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
