Job Description :

The role shall involve :

- Taking care of the entire financial operations & strategy for the firm in India

- Setting up internal controls, systems and processes for the organization

- Ensuring accurate reporting of financials to the local as well as the global financial team along with compliance with local laws

- Dealing with tax authorities

- Driving the strategy of the firm from a financial stand point, which shall include identification and evaluation of opportunities for the firm to grow within India

- Developing, training and leading the finance team within the country

The Successful Applicant :

- CA Background

- Understanding of the following :

- P&L making and management

- Cash Flow projection and recovery ownership

- Budgeting

- Accounting compliance

- Excellent communication skills and have experience in dealing with both local and national stakeholders
