Key Responsibilities : - Lead the Compliance Team and take ownership for its objectives &amp; key results - Understand processes across the business and help them build/ improve SOPs and - checklists to facilitate scaling up of business across centers and verticals - Identify potential risks proactively and build internal controls in the system to prevent them - Facilitate smooth adoption of tech products and SOPs across functions and training centers An Ideal Candidate : - 6 - 10 years of work experience as a process specialist with excellent command in Lean/Six Sigma methodology - Candidate with growth stage startup, retail, ed-tech/education industry is preferred - Six Sigma Black Belt certified - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills - In-depth knowledge of the various business concepts and processes. - Strong personal accountability and a willingness to engage others to ensure execution of initiatives strong commercial focus
