- Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly Payroll & generation of salary slips
- Create Compensation Structures for employee considering India tax benefits and local employment norms, ensure correct deduction of TDS and facilitate Investment declarations, Investment proofs and accurate tax deductions on perquisites.
- Maintenance of payroll records, monthly payroll reconciliation and generation of any other
- MIS report required by the management
- Ensure timely monthly processing of statutory dues- PF/ESIC/PT/LWF and Labor compliance requirements (The Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, The Shop & Establishment Act & Industrial Disputes Act)
- Maintenance of Employee-Wise Details for Employees P.F. & ESI
- Leave Management & maintain record for proper calculation of Bonus and Gratuity
- Processing/payment of Full & Final settlement
- Proactively address employees queries /grievances related to Payroll/reimbursement/ Insurances
- Maintenance of Records, Registers & Returns as per labour laws
