- Experience in Startup is a Must.
- Handle Complete Payroll Process.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Assess learning needs across different teams and create development plans to address them
- Provide guidance and input on org structuring, workforce planning and succession planning
- Work closely with Leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Design and execute initiatives to communicate and inculcate vision and values across the organization
