Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Lead the Compliance Team and take ownership for its objectives &amp; key results - Understand processes across the business and help them build/ improve SOPs and - checklists to facilitate scaling up of business across centers and verticals - Identify potential risks proactively and build internal controls in the system to prevent them - Facilitate smooth adoption of tech products and SOPs across functions and training centers Minimum Education&nbsp;: - CA with 3 years of articleship experience or 2 years of work experience in Risk Advisory/ Internal Audits (Technology/ Retail client experience is preferred, Big 4/ MNC experience is preferred) OR - MBA with 2 years of work experience in Risk Advisory/ Internal Audits (Technology/ Retail client experience is preferred, Big 4/ MNC experience is preferred) Qualities we are looking for : - Ownership, Deep analytical thinking, Objectivity &amp; Judgement skills
