- Identifying and planning healthcare employer tie-ups including key account management of existing employers and relationship building along with finalization of MOUs with new employer partners

- Lining up appropriate and meaningful internships and placement opportunities as per pending and upcoming numbers.

- Successful achievement of pre-defined BD targets while ensuring the relevant number of interviews/conversions for the same

- Regular liaising with employers to resolve any escalations related to the internships and final placements of students.

- Brief the operations team and placement coordinators at the campus with regards to specific details of internship and placement openings

- Work closely with the operations team and placement coordinator to identify and allot student internships and placements, taking into consideration specific student and employer requirements.

- Act as the main point of contact with employer partners for all coordination related to student interview line ups and final results. Understanding the reasons for rejection and documenting the same

- Manage the administration of all relevant checks and clearances required for students undertaking placements and ensuring that all compliance related documentation is received from the employer on a timely basis.

- In case required assist in student briefings, counseling or/and evaluation and reporting requirements.

- Interaction with student during training phase & placement phase to set right industry expectations

- Handling student grievances related to Placement alignment and ensuring customer (student) satisfaction

- Maintaining all relevant data trackers and preparing reports as required by internship and placement SOP.

- Collection of employer feedback about the placed students

- Understanding the current market demand and also maintaining data around upcoming deployment trends. Sharing regular information with the corporate team for the same
