Virohan - Manager - Accounts

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance and Accounts:

- Take care of the bookkeeping process on day to day basis

- Ensure bank reconciliations are done on day to day basis

- Ensure books closing by the end of the month

- Scrutinize all ledgers to ensure the accuracy of accounting entries.

- Make the working sheets for booking income and expenses.

- Able to provide data for the audit requirements.

- To handle accounts payable activity, vendor reconciliations, vendor payments etc.

Budgeting & MIS:

- Monitor budget utilization along with actual financial results.

- Preparation of data for Monthly P&L report and other MIS Reports.

Taxation:

- To ensure that TDS deduction is done as per law

- To prepare TDS Data for the Return filing

AN IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

- Problem Solving ability with the mindset to drive processes as per modern technology rather than conventional beliefs

- Ability to build, implement and improve processes

- With time, train and lead his/her own team and help organization achieve its vision

- 2-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounts

- Strong functional and execution capabilities in Finance, accounts, and tax with good analytical skills.

- A team player & a good communicator

- Proficiency in numerical and data analyses.

- Good experience in Excel/Google Sheets.

- Well-organized, self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize and manage a broad and demanding workload

- Post Graduate from Tier 1 MBA college / Tier 1 Accounts college / CA who has worked in and with Technology
