- Planning & Conceptualizing of innovative marketing strategies (ATL, BTL & Digital) to drive brand awareness & sales.
- User Profiling & Market Analysis: Detailed mapping of the target audience, generation of geographical heat maps and developing the plan of action accordingly.
- Budgeting for all channels including ATL / BTL / Digital etc.
- Collecting intelligence on all competitors & providing reports to management.
- Responsible for executing the overall business plan, lead generation and meet Revenue Targets. Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored. Direct interaction with students & high-school teachers & principals is expected & encouraged.
- Identifying & generating additional business from existing & past students by creating career graphs for each profession.
- Support in creating course curriculum keeping with market requirements & competition
- Handling institute PR.
Salary range - 6-9 LPA
