- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across functions to define & lead strategic initiatives that can support the achievement of business goals
- Lead the execution of HR programs and practices related to performance management, compensation, workforce planning/management, and talent management.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
- Overseeing the entire spectrum of human resources function.
