Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1) Design quality sales training programs within budget limitations 2) Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis 3) Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs 4) Oversee training material and suggest improvements 5) Choose the most appropriate training method per case (e.g. on-the-job training, seminars, and simulations) 6) Design onboarding sessions for new hires and sales trainees. 7) Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques 8) Report on training program effectiveness 9) Create an open-communication climate and gather team members preferences for potential training 9) Maintain updated curriculum database and training record 10) Stay up-to-date with employee development trends. An ideal candidate should have: (Skills) 1) An ability to manage the full training cycle. 2) 7+ years experience in Sales Training 3) Experience with learning management software. 4) Proficiency in MS Office. 5) Understanding of the sales process, preferably with customer service experience. 6) Excellent communication and presentation skills. 7) Strong organizational and team management skills. 8) Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques. 9) Proven work experience as a Sales training specialist or Sales training coordinator.
